To you and me - A Poem
To you and me
To you my dear, my sky my tree
My days, windy window free
Gone are those sun shines.
Dry is the shore and there no more
Perl hunting, nor the family lunch
Stop by, think again and assume
Where do we go, which to dream.
Are we so busy or neglected?
Belongings are priceless
We bought them together
Shop to shop, bargain
Those weekend newspapers
Marking and marketing
Planning and adjusting
No more value.
We have money and we buy
We have food we eat
We fight no more, we have enough.
Casuals or formals are so useless.
We go by as no more
News comes and goes.
We try to keep them alive.
